Lots of interesting changes from running this same experiment last year

First - I had SO many more choices for video models that could sync audio and facial movements. Last year, it was just Veo

Why not use Seedance? Since Seedance is TikTok’s model they will flag it as AI

On the image side - Nano Banana played no role this year after being core last year

ChatGPT’s new Images model is great at both generation and editing

Character consistency was a huge step up this year - I could put the same avatar in different outfits, environments, etc
